This book is about Amy and Dan Cahill, who are trying to stop J. Rutherford Pierce, who has control over a "super-power enhancing serum", from becoming President of the United States. It has lots of thrills and cliffhangers. It is a good book, even though (spoiler alert) a character dies.

I read the first series and most of the second, and now i read this one. It was a good story, though leaves you hanging.
