I Love this Book. If your in 6th grade I'm sure you'll agree with me. Its characters are fun, the story is surprisingly suspenseful while also being predictable, and you can easily relate with going on. Ester is a ton of fun and you really feel sorry for her when bad things happen. If you like historical fictions that aren't all exciting but still leave you knowing more about the time as well as the story then you'll enjoy this story. I highly recommend it.
Rules for Stealing Stars
By Corey Ann Haydu
This book is beautifully written and heartbreaking. It's a wonderful story about a sweet relationship between four sisters. Their are the 14 year old twins, Eleanor and Astrid. Eleanor is firm and in charge. She can sometimes be bossy but it is nice to have someone else decide what to do. Astrid is dreamy and creative. She is sometimes super wise. Next is 12 year old Marla. She is pouty, and grumpy, and always wants attention. Lastly is 11 year old Priscilla. Silly is always feeling left out by her older sisters. Once they move to their summer home, Silly decides she will be included. Once she finds out where they're always disappearing to, she never wants to leave. These other worlds hold great fun, but also haunting secrets, and Silly wonders if she can save her sister before time runs out.
Be Still, Little Tree, Be Still

Truly inspirational. A "must read" for the up and coming generations! Very impressed with the philosophy and purity of soul that the book portrays, depicting fear as something that can be overcome, not endured forever. Congratulations to Shawn and Co. for a terrific, positive, children's book "Be Still Little Tree, Be Still."
