I have been reading this book out loud to my little sister. At first I thought that this book would be boring, but I was pleasantly surprised! This book actually has a pretty good plot. It mentions how Rachel and Kristy are trying to find the last rainbow fairy, Heather. It is actually a pretty good book and I would recommend it for ages 4-7. The only thing that I did not like about this book is that it sort of requires you to have previous knowledge of the series or to have read the first few books. Since there is over a 100 books in this series it is hard to read them in order. Overall, I would recommend this book to younger children. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. If you liked this book, I think you should look at the other rainbow fairy books (there are a lot!) and the Nancy Drew and The Clue Crew series. That is also a good book for ages 4-7. I thank 2nd grade girls and 1rst grade girls should read these books.They uncover new fairys every day.And the girls come fase to fase with goblins evry day.My favorite fairys are the ocen fairys.I like the pictures because they are magical.I hope if you read thes books you will like them.

I used to love rainbow magic when I was around 7 years old, but now I don't like it. It's far too girly, and though many people love it, it is HORRIBLE, I mean no offense to those of you who like it, and to the author, but, there are far better books in this world. This is one of my most disliked books. It is about fairies, which you can see, who are running from the evil (who in my heart is far better than the fairies) Jack Frost. And the fairies always win, a total disappointment to me.
