I really like this book because I speak Spanish too. This book is mostly in English, it just has a few Spanish words in it. It is also good for kids who also want to learn a few Spanish words.

This book really freaked me out for a while,I had nightmares because i was only about 5 years old when i dared to read the book. :)!

I love this book because Camilla Cream makes funny faces and looks like a rainbow. She's worried about what other people think of her and she turns the color of whatever people are saying. People make fun of her because whatever they say shows up on her. The principal said she had to go home because she was too distracting for other kids. She turns into a pill from taking medicine and finally she turns back to normal when she's willing to say she loves lima beans. And she does!

This book is so interesting. It is very mysterious . It shows how these people work together to solve mysteries. I love this book.

I think young kids should read the book The hungry, hungry caterpillar by the author Eric Carl. I think you should read The hungry, hungry caterpillar because Eric Carl makes great illustrations! Eric Carl also has short words and very few long words for beginning readers! You can also teach kids their numbers, but in FUN! This book, The hungry, hungry caterpillar is the life cycle of a caterpillar who eats a lot. I think the hungry, hungry caterpillar is going to be a great book for young kids!

This book is just like its name -sweet, juicy, tart, and rich with love. Alice Anderson loves her aunt Polly, a pie making prodigy with thirteen blueberry awards for her pies. However, Polly is humble and modest lady in her humble pie shop-PIE. Then, one day, Polly dies. (Suppose it was the fact that she had thirteen awards?) Alice doesn't know what to do. Mr. Ogden presents Polly's will, which means that Alice takes care of Polly's ornery cat, Lardo, and Lardo has the pie crust recipe that everyone wants to know. Yet, Alice's mother doesn't quite feel that the matter is settled. She never like her older sister, and disliked her even more. Alice discovers, one morning, that Lardo is missing. With him missing, the town pie-crazy, and her mother annoyed, Alice needs some comfort. She and her friend Charlie figure out who stole Lardo, but even so that hunch of Alice's was wrong. Luckily, an officer comes home with Lardo, but the thief is still on the loose. Tying in some clues, Alice finds who it is. This book by Sarah Weeks is just as good to read as good it is to eat a pie. For mystery lovers, and pie-bakers, this book is the place to solve the clues and between chapters there are pie recipes! need to read book. It is funny has a great balance of humor and real life. The age is perfect for 11 year old kids.

The book Amber House, was first thought of by author Kelly Moore in the 1980’s but it stayed just a draft for many years. Later on her children Larkin and Tucker Reed decided to get with their mom to finish and publish this extraordinary piece . This novel is the first in the trilogy, and is a young adult mystery with just the right amount of romance. From beginning to end this book kept me engaged and on my toes. The story was so very well thought out and written that it made it very painless to follow the storyline. The book was packed with just enough of everything from mysteries and treasures to unexpected plot twists and a sort of love triangle. Amber House was also not hard to get into like most mystery and young adult novels I have read in the past, the book kept my interest the whole time and didn’t feel like a chore to try to finish. Sarah and her younger brother Sammy, have to go to the Amber House after their grandmother passed away. Soon after they arrive, they realize the house is a lot more than it seems. From rumors to lost diamonds, to secret staircases there is so much that they try to explore before their mother sells the house and everything inside. Sarah begins to unpack the rich history of the house and its concealed memories of the past, and from this develops a deep connection with the house. This story is a great reminder that demasking the past can help you see why people or things turned out the way they did, how the past can affect future generations. For example Sarah’s mother has always been cold hearted and angry, since she could remember but never knowing why. Not until Sarah began to search and discover secrets of the house, and the tragedies that caused her mother to be the way was. She then felt compassion for her mom, by knowing what she went through and it changed how she saw her mother, but it didn’t take away the things her mom had said and done. If Sarah never dug up the past, she would probably spend her whole life never truly understanding her mother. I think that a lot of people myself included, can relate to not being able to understand how someone is until after you learn what they have been through. It can change your whole outlook on the person, and like Sarah, have sympathy.
