I think that this book is great mostly because I love comix and adventures books!

This book blew my mind! I was definitely not expecting this! Serafina and her pa live secretly in the basement of the great Biltmore Estate, and Serafina can never reveal her identity to anybody, as instructed by her father. But why? Serafina wonders if she is different than any other human, if she's a creature of the night. She has uncommon big amber eyes, unlike anyone she had ever seen, and this makes her question her heritage. But Serafina must put those thoughts aside. One night as she prowls the Estate in darkness (just the way she likes it) Serafina sees a man in a black cloak attempting to capture a little girl in a yellow dress. She springs into action, but Serafina is too late. With a narrow escape, Serafina is able to make it to safety. But the other kids aren't as lucky. Every night after that, a child goes missing. Connecting the dots, Serafina and her new friend Braeden make it their quest to figure out who the man in the black cloak really is and defeat him for good! And will Serafina ever find her family roots? After reading this book, I was in awe! The masterful writing of the author was a perfect touch onto this epic tale! 5 stars!! I can't wait to read the 2nd book!

I have not read this book but I love it already! Focusing has always been hard for me and I have to try hard to pay attention and to stop talking in class,I think that this book is great! I really want to read it!!!

This book is just so cute! It has a Hello Kitty vibe, and it follows the adventures of a young 'cloud kid' Cinamoroll who's unlike the rest. But after falling in an oven, (don't ask questions!) Cinamoroll is ready for fun! And he has a lot of new friends: Cappuccino, Espresso, Mocha, little Milk, and Chiffon. But when Milk goes missing in a secret door, it is up to Cinamoroll to find him!

I read this book for the first time in 9th grade as an assignment for History of the Espionage and Spying (yes, that was a course I could take in school and I loved it!). I didn't think I would like it that much, considering my usual genres consist of science fiction, fantasy, and poetry; I had also avoided reading it for a summer reading assignment, instead opting for Eighth Grade Bites, a book about an 8th-grade vampire, but that's beside the point. My friend had recommended that I read Code Name Verity for the assignment because she had absolutely loved it when she read it, so I did. It took me a little bit of time to actually sit down and read the book but once I started reading, I couldn't stop. It remains to be my favorite book of all time and also remains to be the only book that has made me cry for three days straight. If you don't already know from the summary of the book, Code Name Verity is the story of two female spies, Maddie and Queenie, and the bond they shared together. The story is written from the point of view of Verity, who was captured during a mission behind enemy lines and is being forced to write down everything she knows about the British intelligence. As a reader, you are reading the letters of information (complete with crossing out and notes in the margins) as Verity writes them to the person who captured her. Through these, you dive into the story of Maddie and Queenie's friendship and backstories. Overall, the writing is impeccable! It really resembles the time period that the book takes place and evokes feelings in the reader as they read Verity's writings. The friendship of Maddie and Queenie immediately connected with a friendship that I have, which is likely why the book was so emotionally touching for me. It is definitely a must-read for anyone and everyone.

Eva's friend Macy has a little sister who can't fly on her own. So Eva's class decides to raise money to buy her a super–cool flying chair! Half of the class opens a bakery to raise the money. The other half opens a candy store. Will the plan go in progress?

I have not read the book but I have watched the movie and I really like it and my dad loves it

Team Blue is going to go against Emperor! Yikes! They have lots if preparing to do. Here's the info on Emperor and his team: Emperor is the leader, and is very talented.Be careful Team Blue! Next is his younger brother, Prinz. Prinz is like a smaller, younger looking version of Emperor. Then there's N-pacer. She may be the only girl, but she's quick. Lastly, there is Splattershot Jr.! Can Team Blue win, or will they be forced to...(gulp) give up?

I am still reading this book so that's why I rated it 3 Popcorn. I like this Author hope if you guys want to read from this author you like the book.
