Dexter the Tough
By Margaret Peterson Haddix
I love Dexter The Tough. The thing i like about this book is how at the beginning Dexter realized his mistakes and then he feels guilty but lies about his mistakes. In the middle he is saying sorry and then at the end Dexter is friends with robin and he finds out the secretary did not leave him out in the hallway alone. The janitor did not mean to make the floor to slippery. The principal did not know about Dexter's parents.
The Mysterious Benedict Society and the Riddle of Ages
By Trenton Lee Stewart

Mm, this book is pretty okay I guess... It is different than the first trio of books . I could not really keep up with it. My friend loves it, but I am not certain. Everyone is so different, Tai Li randomly shows up, and devastatingly, CONSTANCE CONTRAIRE PRACTICALLY GAVE UP RHYMING SPONTANEOUSLY!😤😱😮😪😥😭😭😭😭 Also, the plot is hard to follow and I was sad since Violet Hopefield didn't show up in the book. Some parts are good, like when Constance yelled at Reynie and everyone. That was good. I wish I could do that to my sort of friend, who loves this book. But overall, the plot is less clever, TLS has lost a bit of his usual sparkle, and why on earth does Constance not make any epic poems? I loved those! Overall, there are clever plot turns but I couldn't keep up with it. It's like a tidal wave of new characters knocked me over. I do like how the author included each character's personal thoughts, but Tai seems like a minor character. 3 1/2 stars.🙃
Inspector Flytrap
By Tom Angleberger
This book was actually really funny when Nina ate everything. Also that inspector flytrap was a plant. He ended up solving the mysteries but one thing always happened during the mystery for example at the art museum he solved it but Nina of course. She made a hole in The Mona Spaghetti. I started laughing. It is a good book and short a short book but very funny.I deffentley recommend this book
Sabotage: The Mission to Destroy Hitler's Atomic Bomb: Young Adult Edition
By Neal Bascomb
“Sabotage” by Neal Bascomb “Sabotage” by Neal Bascomb is a Non-fiction book about a mission to destroy Hitler’s atomic bomb in the Vidda. Five Norwegian soldiers were chosen to complete this mission. A topic in this book is trial and error because the Norwegian soldiers tried several times to blow up the plant but failed a lot. A quote to represent trial and error is “It felt like a crater was opening in each of their hearts”. The author said this because a plane was supposed to drop more soldiers down into the Vidda but failed because the soldiers on the ground failed to set up the signal. I thought the book was boring because it lacked suspense and could have more plot. I rate this book a 5/10 because it did not grab my attention very well. I would not recommend this to people. This is my review on the book Sabotage and if you want to see if the soldiers destroy the bomb you will have to read yourself.
Adhd & ADD Experience: 2 Pack: Joey Pigza Swallowed the Key; Joey Pigza Loses Control (Children Series Book Sets : Grade 4 - 7) by Jack Gantos (2000-05-04)
By Jack Gantos
This review is for the first book in this 2 pack. Joey Pigza Swallowed the Key, by Jack Gantos, teaches that sometimes when somebody gets too much of something and then too little, he or she can go a little crazy. Joey Pigza was a wired Pennsylvanian kid who always did the wrong thing. His father was wired too, so naturally he was. Every day he got meds, but because he got the cheap medication, only half of them worked. One day, he went on a field trip during school time to a farm, but while all the other kids got to eat shoefly pie, Joey didn’t, so he went crazy. Finally, he caused so much trouble that he had to go to the Special Education Center for six weeks. After those six weeks, he got a patch on his head which wouldn’t increase his medicine, but give him a constant flow of them. He became better and returned to school, and he wasn’t as bad anymore. I recommend this fictional book for boys, grades third to sixth.
