SOME SPOILERS AHEAD!!! Great, satisfying conclusion to a great series! Starkey's causing trouble and unknowingly making it harder to stop unwinding, while we learn about the organ printer, a device created so that unwinding could stop. There's also Nelson, dead set on getting some of the main characters unwound for revenge. The ending really couldn't be more happy. This was a great book!

After reading Six of Crows, I didn't know if Crooked Kingdom would meet up to the standards of its prequel, but it delivered and more. We got to see even further inside the personal dilemmas of the characters, and how they still think everything through and come up with the perfect plan. I loved this book a lot, maybe even a little more than Six of Crows, and I think I can say that this is an amazing series, one of my favorites.

This is another amazing book from the Pepper Party series that readers will love. In this book, pets are not allowed in their home, but one daughter convinces them to get a pet after she falls in love with an animal from the pet adoption center. One setback is that she does not get to pick the pet she wants, the rest of the family gets to. So with so many arguments, will everybody be happy with the pet one person chooses, or will the argument continue forever?

4.5 stars rounded up! Well done mystery about the character's pasts and identities.

Maria Merryweather is a 13-year-old girl living in the year 1800s in England. Her parents are dead, and she can't go on living in her house in London, so she, her guardian Miss Heliotrope, and her dog Wiggins go to live at Maria's cousin Sir Benjamin's manor, Moonacre Manor. Moonacre Manor is located in a valley with a church, a village called Silverydew, woods, and a bay nearby. At the manor, Maria meets many people, including a boy named Robin, an old parson, and a woman named Loveday. There, she finds out that the men from the woods are causing trouble in Silverydew and won't allow the village children to play at the bay and won't sell the fish they catch to the villagers. Maria must do something, but what? Can she succeed where hundreds of past Merryweathers have failed? I liked this book because it has a lot of adventure and was funny, but sometimes it was a little boring.

Carmer and Grit, in my opinion, is a 3 ½ star-worthy book. I’m saying this because the book itself is a little on the slow side, and I enjoy more fast-paced books that keep you on the edge of your seat; And this just wasn’t one of them. You could tell what was going to happen. I thout that even if you took out some of the chapters, the book would still make sense. The storyline, though, I thought was interesting and fun because the plot made you actually want to finish the book. I would recommend this book for ages 7+, and people who like magic and faeries. I’m giving the book Carmer and Grit an extra half star because I mean, it wasn’t a bad book, albeit the fact it wasn’t very engaging, it still deserved an extra half of a star because the story still made me feel feelings, like anger at Gideon, sympathy for Grit and Carmer, and disgust at The Mechanist. Overall, this book is right between mediocre and good.

I am a big kid but I love this book because it has cute charecters and secret surprises try it out.

These four books are written in a manner of none other. You gotta read the series before this to know everything thats happening, which is called the Belgariad. Anyways, this series, named The Malloreon, is about two fighting destinies and the final choice. There is a child of Light, who's the main character Garion, previously named Belgarion (the prefix Bel meaning sorcerer) and a child of Dark, Zandramas. While Garion has companions that will fight with him and nurture him, Zandramas has the element of illusion. No words can really express how I truly feel about these series, for they are incredibly written. I wish that I haven't read this series yet, just so I can read it again. Read this series, trust me, it's gonna be with you until the day you die. These series are for highly advanced readers, as it's important to remember and foresee details that will come back to either help the main character prosper, or to condemn the the side you're "rooting for".

What started it were the pants. Not the ordinary pants though. They were special pants in a way that pants can be special, if you will. They were Carmen's pants to start out with. Fast forward to present day, where four best friends are gathered, all four filled with excitement and sadness for their summer adventures. Carmen, Lena, Tibby, and Bridget are all about to embark on their own unique summer adventures. Carmen is heading to her father's house for the first time, but only to find that things were not how they were when she left. Lena is traveling with her sister to Greece, to spend the summer catching up with their grandparents and explore the island and the residents there. Bridget is going to a super elite soccer camp designed for amazing athletes. But a cute coach might just turn things in a different direction. And as for Tibby? Well, Tibby had a summer job working at the local grocery store. But when she meets one little feisty girl, her summer gets a whole lot more interesting. So when the four best friends try on the pair of Carmen's pants and they fit EVERYONE of them perfectly, they decide to use the pants to keep in touch. The pants are sent to and from each of the girls. Happy reading!
