AMAZING
The Time Trilogy: A Swiftly Tilting Planet, A Wind in the Door and A Wrinkle in Time
By Madeleine L'Engle
A Wrinkle in Time is an amazing fantasy story of a girl named Meg, her little brother Charles Wallace, and their friend, Calvin O'Keeffe. They go with three mostly unknown, magical women to a terrible planet to save Meg and Charles Wallace's father, who is a scientist and has been missing for years. I won't tell you the end, but the first book is an amazing story and left me thinking about time in a whole different way. I am currently reading book two and it is just as powerful as the first book. I recommend reading both. I also recommend watching the movie because I loved it so much, although it was quite scary.

-For123 - I love this book. It is a great book about snowfall of the icewings being a little sarcastic , But she reconsiders her choices if she's willing to risk everything. I like the book because the main character , snowfall , is pretty cool.

The 5th Wave: The Infinite Sea (Book 2)
By Rick Yancey
The Infinite Sea was okay compared to the first book which was The 5th Wave. I think the 5th Wave gave me more of a lasting impression than the Infinite Sea because I was already acquainted with most of the characters already. The book has such a haunting narrative throughout so I couldn’t help but be captivated by the plot (even though it wasn’t as good as the 5th Wave’s). The plotline is also full of action and suspense but the 2nd book is significantly shorter than the first, so I was kind of disappointed because as a reader I prefer longer books. I also like the way the author focuses on covering every plothole and answering every question through subtle hints, because that makes the reading experience even more immersive. My favorite character was Ringer, but the author is very unpredictable about his main characters as you cannot predict whether a secondary character will turn into a main character or not. Every character has a real background of their own and some of them are very relatable, and most of them have been through the same thing which are the first three waves: EM shutdown, tsunamis and the pestilence. I also learned something important from the series which is to always stick together because being a team is better than going solo, teamwork is very important.
Goosebumps Horrorland, The Scream Of The Haunted Mask
By R.L. Stine
Have you ever been told to do something against your will? “It wasn’t my idea. I didn’t want to do it. I was being pulled. . . pulled against my will.” To be continued “ You’re my favorite, Carly Beth. See you next Halloween. . .” Essential book information The author of this book ( Goosebumps the scream of the haunted mask) R.L. Stine ( Robert Lawrence Stine in full) is an American novelist who is known for his horror books for children. He was born in Columbus Ohio in the middle of WW2. This book is part of his book series Goosebumps, He is also the author of the book series Fear Street. R.l. Stine has won two awards. The first one was the Kids’ Choice award for Favorite Book in 1998 and Audie Award for Young Listeners in 2016. Brief summary of the book Carly beth has put herself into a deep problem, she has to face the horrible haunted mask’s manipulation. She manages to make it out the first time but will she make it the second time? she gets a job at a farm daycare and takes care of crazy kids. But there is a haunted stable at the farmhouse and then Carly beth and her friend are told the story of the stable. That opens a few clues about the mask. Then later their curiosity gets the best of them and they visit the stable, they find a lot of abandoned things and even meet a boy there is he the stable boy? Then Carly beth visits the shop where she got the mask and he tells him a lot of things about the mask. Then during the Halloween party at the daycare….. praise of critics I really liked this book and enjoyed it. The author used great word choices that really expressed the emotions, the actions of the character, and the the thoughts. The book uses great characterization that tells us about the characters. And every time a character is introduced the character’s appearance is described, I find this really helpful because it gives us an image of what the looks like. This book also uses the first person point of view, the book is only told from the perspective of the main character. My recommendations I would recommend this book to anyone who can get it. This book is full of great characterization, plots, and word choice. The great word choice makes you feel like you are actually in the book at that time. I think that young readers would enjoy this because this book is full of imagination and all those young readers have a great imagination. And the reading level of this book will also be perfect for young readers like teens or older children.
