Now, let me give you a precaution before reading this book. This novel will give you extreme melancholic emotions. I practically cried throughout the whole book. There was a bit of happiness sprinkled in, but not too much to indulge in it (which means: get your box of tissues and your pint of ice cream). This is a book in which the ending is inevitable. Yes, that happens. And that's the thing; The book gives you the impulse not to believe that the inevitable will happen. It's very frustrating, if you've been through it. I would describe the characters to be typical, but different. I absolutely loved Taylor and Henry, although I wish that their relationship started sooner in the book. That's my only problem with Morgan Matson's books. In Amy & Roger's Epic Detour, I was really annoyed because I didn't see much of Amy and Roger as a couple. This occurs again in this book. That's probably the only problem that I have with this book. Nevertheless, I loved this book and I would strongly recommend this book to everyone. I feel like everyone would enjoy this book, but I would advise you not to read this book on Father's Day. It's heart-rendering, but it's also somewhat ebullient. I'm giving this 4.5 out of 5 stars. ANd I can't really rate it that on Dogo, so I just rounded it to 5 stars.

This is my favorite book ever so far! It is for older girls about a girl named Holly who was born on Valentines Day. Thats why her mom calls her Holly Heart. You should read this!

This was an extremely enjoyable book that took me only a day to finish. The main character is a guy named Greg who has spent his entire high school experience avoiding having friends or joining cliques. However, he does know Earl, who he's made films with ever since they met when they were kids. During Greg's senior year, he's informed by his mother that a girl that he's never really been friends with, Rachel, has been diagnosed with cancer, and- at least for a little while- he has to pretend to care about her. Greg wishes he cares- he really does- but there's a part of him, the real part, that knows the only reason he's pretending to is because of his Mom, and without her he wouldn't be going to Rachel's house nearly everyday, he wouldn't go to visit her in the hospital, he wouldn't make her laugh just to distract her from her disease, and he wouldn't make her a stupid film that only ended up showing the reality of the fact that he never really KNEW Rachel at all. So this, ultimately, ended up being the hilarious, real, gripping, happy, sad, and emotional story of Greg and Earl and the Dying Girl, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more.

These are great books to start you off into the world of chapter books. This series will keep you interested and motivated to read and follow the adventures of Jack and Annie.

I am getting a new baby sister in September and my teachers at school gave me this book, it helped out alot to let me know everything was going to be ok and I am going to be a really nice helper for my parents.
