This book was not all that great, but it was okay. Once again, the NERDS have to face off their former teammate, Heathcliff Hodges. But it seems that the villain has an ally! Albert and "Mama" are assisting him, as well as his goon, and this might be too much for the NERDS to handle. Duncan Dewey, a member of NERDS (and NOT a traitor) might be the only hope left.

omigosh im sorry this is long i couldnt explain it otherwise It’s summer for Rafe Khatchadorian and his sister Georgia, but they’re going to spend eight weeks of it shipped off to Camp Wannamorra. Rafe could tell from the first day that he was in the worst cabin in Camp Wannamorra. Rafe soon meets his cabinmates and his cabin leader: Rusty, the cabin leader, is muscular but isn’t very observant. Norman (Booger Eater) has the worst nickname possible and is teased for it 24/7. Jake (Dweebs) is tall. Cavanaugh (Cav) is short, and so is everything else about him. Noah (Two Tunz or Tunz) has big bones and a big heart. Jose (Smurf) has blue hair. Justin (Bombardier) has a talent for laying bombs in the latrine that makes everyone leave. Legend scares everyone, and no one knows much about him. Rafe quickly finds out that Doolin and the Bobcats hate the Muskrats, which, unfortunately, is Rafe’s cabin. Doolin and the Bobcats are the camp bullies that are out to get the Muskrats. Rafe tells Leo that he will lay off of the plans so that he won’t get into trouble. At Camp Wannamorra, schooling starts from eight to twelve, and on the first day of schooling, Rafe meets Katie Kim, the beautiful math teacher, his new crush. He also learns during math that Norman was pretending to play dumb. Rafe always sees his nose in a book, but Norman acts like he’s not smart at all. Rafe gets on the bad side of Major Sherwood, AKA the Dictator, and begins to hate Doolin. Doolin bullies the Muskrats and kisses up to Katie Kim, which makes Rafe hate him even more. Doolin and the Bobcats from Bobcat Alley TP the Muskrat cabin and decorate it with signs saying mean stuff about Norman and shaving cream. Rafe, the troublemaking genius, tells his friends that they have to do something about the bullies down Bobcat Alley. After curfew, they sneak over and catch them smoking! Rafe and the Muskrats decide that they are hungry, and creep over to the counselors’ dorm for some “bodacious snacks”. They all raid the dorm until the Dictator catches them. They’re all let off with a warning and a suspension for a day. Norman gets Rafe to read a book and Rafe, in return, tries to make the rest of the Muskrats call Norman by his real name instead of Booger Eater. Rafe learns that Christine, his sister Georgia’s new best friend, is Doolin’s younger sister! Rafe stays away from Christine and Georgia, afraid that Doolin will hear that Rafe insults him. Rafe asks his cabinmates about Legend, the most feared camper at Camp Wannamorra. They tell him about the Legend of Legend. Every year Legend pulls off one giant bad thing, but is never caught. That all change the year Rafe comes to Camp Wannamorra. At the camp dance, Rafe is embarrassed as he dances with Georgia, but the embarrassment doesn’t last long. Soon the Dictator is on a hunt to find out who hung women underwear up on the flagpole during the dance. It gets Rafe out of dancing with Georgia, but dancing with Georgia was not the worst thing that happened. Everyone in camp except for Legend and Norman started barfing like crazy from food poisoning in the refreshments. Legend gets in trouble and is sent home because women underwear and food poisoning was found in his suitcase. But only Rafe knows that the Bobcats framed him so that they could tease the Muskrats all they wanted. Rafe learns more about Norman the night of the camp play, You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. Doolin humiliates Norman by dressing up like Norman and wearing a shirt that says “I Heart Boogers”. Rafe says that it’s the last straw and devises a plan that will blackmail the Bobcats into leaving them alone. After curfew, the Muskrats snuck out and took pictures of the Bobcats smoking. They leave the Muskrats alone for a while, not knowing that the pictures were too fogged up to tell who and what was in the picture. The Muskrats agree to bluff, but their bluff is soon found out as the Bobcats eavesdrop and hear them saying that they don’t actually have the pictures. When Norman’s trunk of books was found in the lake, everyone finds out that Norman had run away. The search is on for only a few hours, for everyone is ordered to go back to their bunks. Determined Rafe decides to run away from camp and find Norman. He soon sees him on top of Snake Hill with a jar of honey, a jar of peanut butter, and loaf of bread. They stay there for the night and then return to camp. Everyone cheers and congratulates Rafe for something Rafe doesn’t even know about. It turns out that before Norman left, he trashed the Dictator’s cabin with peanut butter and honey. Rafe takes the blame for it so that Norman is able to stay at camp, away from his lazy father. Rafe is ordered to be sent home, but is given 15 minutes to say good-bye to his cabinmates. In those 15 minutes, Rafe, Georgia, and Christine contrive a plan to blackmail Doolin into leaving the Muskrats alone for the rest of the summer. Using Doolin’s embarrassing secret nickname, Pampers, Rafe saves his cabinmates from torment. Although Rafe gets grounded, he knows that it was worth it. i HIGHLY recommend this book! even if ur a girl or boy, it's fantastic either way. it's superfunny and full of twists and turns.

I got this book when I was a mere youngling- 7 years later, I'm still obsessed with it! It's incredibly informative, and I especially like the pronunciations (who knew I'd been pronouncing Yveltal wrong all these years?) and how easy it is to navigate through all the Pokemon. A must-have for any Pokefan!

Ariol is a comic and an adventure story. Ariol is the main character in the story. There's also a super hero named Thunder Horse. Also if you like all different types of animals, you might like it. I didn't think I would like this book and I love this book. So I hope you will like it too, even if you might not like comics. I cant wait to read the second graphic novel, Thunder Horse.

This book is another AWESOME book by Gordon Korman. If you have read Ungifted, the Swindle series, the Hypnotists, the Masterminds series, or any other books that Gordon Korman has wrote, you have to read this book! Cameron Boxer was playing a video game. One hour later, his parents are screaming at him because they need to buy a new front door. Cameron and his friends create a fake school club that nobody was supposed to join so his parent's expectations would stay up. But too many people needed the club to improve their lives. So in two weeks, Cameron ends up getting this club an opportunity to help his community. A day after the event, he is a town hero and practically the entire middle school joins his club. But the high version of the club is getting pretty steamed about how the middle school club is getting more publicity. Soon, the high school goes out at night, trashes wherever the middle school went, and pins it on them. In the fight to keep their town and a beaver alive, the two clubs try to save the beaver. They catch him, but they forget about the highway that was about to be destroyed. Thankfully, their parents arrive on the scene, and the state postpones the project by 3 years. In the end, everything ends well. If you're every wondering what happened to the door, read the book and find out!

It is a great book. I enjoyed reading it and would recommend someone to read it. It is a great book because it is friendship related. Katie was not scared of middle school not like most kids! Katie thought middle school should be no difference from elementary school. But, she was wrong! Her best friend Callie was hanging out with some mean girls she didn’t know at the bus stop. Katie felt sick; she and Callie had been best friends since babies. Callie was walking to school with the mean girls (Katie didn’t know), while Katie was taking the bus. On the bus Katie met a nice girl named Mia who asked if she wanted to sit with her. At lunch she sat with Mia and two other girls named Alexis and Emma. Katie had cupcakes for dessert. She shared the cupcakes with her new friends (she only had four cupcakes). Next Friday she brought in cupcakes for dessert again. The girls decided to make the Cupcake Club together. Callie was in the PGC (Popular Girls Club) so she couldn’t be in the Cupcake Club. Well Callie could be in the Cupcake Club and PGC; but the boss in the PGC named Sydney wouldn’t let Callie. She didn’t even let Katie sit at their table since Katie isn’t in the PGC. Wow so mean Sydney.

I love this book - honestly, I would have to say this is one of my top ten favorite books, just because it captures emotions so perfectly, and the author's voice is fresh and captures the reader's imagination right away. The poems that start almost every chapter and very creative and sometimes, downright funny, and I felt the emotions that the characters were feeling, such as fear, uncertainty, and joy, among many other emotions. Now let's get on with the review! Miri is a small girl living in a territory called Mount Eskel. Everyone who lives on Mount Eskel works in the quarry and cuts linder, which they later sell to merchants visiting Mount Eskel. Unfortunately, Miri is too small and weak to help the village cut linder, and therefore feels useless and unwanted. However, she has a close relationship with her father and her sister, and her crush/friend Peder. However, the prince is getting ready to choose a bride, and the country's priests have declared that the prince's bride will come from.. Mount Eskel! Mount Eskel? Everyone, including the royal family, is immediately shocked - they all think that it's just a lowly territory, has no influence on the kingdom, and basically has a lot of prejudice on it. Reluctantly, they use the fanciest building in Mount Eskel and dub it, "The Princess Academy," where girls from the age of 12-18 will prepare for the opportunity of a lifetime - to become a princess. Miri and the other girls attend "The Princess Academy," where all the lessons are taught by a harsh and strict teacher, Tutor Olana. However, Miri is very bright and excels at learning, commerce, and nearly all the other subjects through time. Since their current situation is unbearable, since they hardly ever get to see their families and they receive brutal punishments, Miri and the other girls, with their new manners and diplomacy, convince Tutor Olana to let them have weekly visits home. That was a step in the right direction, and now everything seems to flow into place like a river. Miri starts learning quarry-speech, which is communication used in quarries that is non-verbal. (It is non-verbal because the noise in the quarry is too loud for people to hear human talk.) Miri also befriends a quiet, far-away girl named Britta, who has just moved to Mount Eskel and is still considered a "lowlander," which means someone who is "fancy," or generally closer to the kingdom ways than the Mount Eskel ways. Miri's willingness and eagerness to learn and her new-found friendships with the other girls earns her the title of "Academy Princess." This grants her to wear a beautiful, silk-like dress to the ball and also have the first dance with the prince at the actual ball. At the ball, the prince turns out to be so formal and boring, unlike how the girls imagined him. He dances with every girl except Britta, who is ill and distant, and is very solemn, serious, formal, and boring to each of them. Later, he takes a walk with Miri and reveals his more human side. However, he leaves without choosing a bride, telling everyone that he will return in the spring and then choose a bride. Oh, no. BANDITS! Bandits are here! They have a horrible motive of taking hostage "The Chosen One," or the prince's future bride, and keeping her until the prince and the royal family pays them to get her back. (They probably will kill the other girls who aren't the princess!) What will Miri and the other girls do? If they do survive the bandits, who will become the princess? Read this book to find out! This book has a twist ending, and I absolutely loved the twist ending - it was perfect! The main character was perfectly relatable, because I was teased and I always thought I was useless for not being able to do things that other, taller people could do. The characters are woven into the story like a tapestry, and the story flows as smoothly as a small stream. The gentle, beautiful parts are as amazing as silk, and the parts that make you gasp and want to read more are really jagged and perfect (like Mount Eskel!) I rate this, absolutely, 5 stars, hands down. READ!
