Have you ever heard of a place named Old Harmonie? Or a road called Firefly Lane? Best friends, Morie, Julia, Benji and Theo live in Old Harmonie on the Firefly Lane. That is where the book, The Firefly Code by Megan Frazer Blakemore and it takes place in the future, that's how it gets its name because the 5 friends are special in a good way and they all live on Firefly Lane and the book is called The Firefly Code so I think that is how it gets its name. Morie, the protagonist, tries to be friends with Ilanna, the antagonist and Ilanna is the antagonist because later on in the book she hurts Morie on an accident but she still hurts her and leaves a bruise on Mori, witch I will explain more of later. They do become friends, and become close. The two girls have a secret place in the woods where they hang out. But one time when Ilanna wanted to show Mori something Ilanna was pulling Mori and she left a handprint on her. Another time Ilanna and Julia were competing with each other and when Julia won Ilanna didn't come out of her house in days. Over time, Mori begins to wonder why Ilanna acts out of character. What she finds out is disturbing but it won’t change the friendship between the two girls. The turning point in my book is when Mori and her friends find something out about Ilanna. I recommend this book to whoever is in 7th grade.

I love that you told a story about me.

I read the book American Ace written by Marilyn Nelson. It takes place at Connor’s school and home. This book is unique because it is not written like other books. It’s written like a bunch of poems. Connor’s dad taught him how to drive when he was in Middle School. When Connor’s grandmother died, his dad found a letter from her that said his dad was not his real father. When Conner found out about this he tried to find information about his real grandfather. He did this because he wanted to make his dad happy again. Connor found out that his real grandfather was a pilot during World War II. I think that if you like to read about history then you will like this book. There was some adventure. I think Middle School kids would like this book because Connor was in Middle School.

Because I live in Texas I think it is cool to see my home at a different time period and through a different perspective. Also I love History.

Book is really good can't tell you how suprising some parts are. If you like adventure, and you love to be surprised then this is the book for you :)

I would really like to read this book! I have read most of the Batman DC Comics and, have loved them all. They are your typical action packed comic books.

Fight! fight! fight! It's a witch fight! This a must read because colour is returning along with all of the big exit witches along with Tiga's old gariein... MISS HEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think this book is good for kids to do some research on the air pollution, but actually it is for kids, so there is only some basic information. There's some example for air pollution, but not really enough for giving the information to wrote paper. After all I think it is good for kids to learn air pollution.

this book was confusing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In physics energy is a property of objects which can be transferred to other objects or converted into different forms. Heating and cooling our homes, lighting office buildings, driving cars and moving freight, and manufacturing the products we rely on in our daily lives are all functions that require energy.
