The series is SO AWESOME. I love the characters, they're so silly and trying new things every day! I don't have the 'popularity meter' thing at my school, which is quite a relief. But I bet everyone at my school is secretly planting one in their minds like they do a parking meter. Ex) 'She's popular. She's not bad...... But she smells like cabbage. He's really hawt. She is like-OMG-so, EWW!'

Have you ever had to deal with a bunch immature boys who thought they knew everything? In the book Girls Acting Catty by Leslie Margolis, Annabelle, the protagonist, has to figure out how to deal with teasing boys and convince them that she isn’t the ordinary girl that they can push around and make fun of. She also has to compromise with a group of mean girls. On top of all that her mom is getting married and she has a crush on her soon to be step brother. This story of middle school drama.The setting takes place at school and in Annabelle’s house in a time much like the present. This is a conflict, the antagonist is Taylor, the leader of the mean girls. This is the other conflict, Annabelle comes up with a plan to become friends with the girl who makes fun of her and stop all the humiliation. When Annabelle leaks secrets about her friends, they don’t want anything more to do with her. The turning point is at her mother’s wedding, Annabelle makes up with her friends and they take up where they left off. I recommend the book to 5th graders girls and up.

Pretty good book...so Annabelle has dealt with crazy boys and mean girls but now she's dealing with her friend liking her crush: Oliver. With the Valentine's Dance coming up at her school, her friends are pressuring her to find a date for the dance. To top it all off, Annabelle also works with Oliver and Tobias; her science partners in the science fair who are hoping to win the prize of attending Space Camp.

Lights Out is the sixth and final book in the Daniel X series by James Patterson. The book focuses on a teenager named Daniel whose parents were killed years ago by the number one most dangerous alien on Earth, known as The Prayer, who has god-like powers. However, Daniel has powers, too. He can shape shift, teleport, create with his mind, among other things. This book holds my attention throughout the story, as this book is very well written. In my opinion, this book is the best in the entire series, as The Prayer is very interesting and more important than the villains of the other books. I recommend this book to everyone in 7th and 8th grade. This book gets a 4.5 / 5 as it is entertaining and much better than the other 5 books in the series.

I love the Daniel X series. I picked one up to take on a long car ride and requested all the books in the series when I got back.

The Dangerous Days of Daniel X is about a teenage boy named Daniel (no last name) who is an alien hunter. He has the power to create from his imagination to help him with his job, as he has a list of the top alien criminals on Earth, whom Daniel has to hunt down. Daniel’s ultimate goal, however, is to hunt down and kill Number 1, known as The Prayer, as the Prayer killed Daniel’s parents. In this book, he faces Number 6. This book is a good book, as it can held my attention very well at certain parts. However, at other points, I found myself getting bored. This book gets a 3.5 - 4 / 5 from me as I feel it could have been a bit more interesting at some points. I would recommend this book to anyone in middle school.

this book is awesome with spader, bobby, and uncle press. I liked when spader and them drank some sniggers. so I rate this book 5 stars.
