The theme of this story is meeting her grandparents for the first time, for example in the story the grandfather tells Amy to come to his grave stone the third night of his death and call his name, Amy needs to learn that those tricks never works. Also one of the main lessons to be learned is to never sneak out of your house during the night or day. Another main lesson to be learned is if your grandfather punched your mother in the jaw you probably don't want to go see him no matter what. Amy also learns why her mom didn't want to see her father. Finally Amy's grandmother was the nicer one out of her and Amy's grandfather because she made Amy hot coco cookies and gave her some tea. I'd rate this book a, "3 out of 10" and the illustrations a, "6 out of 10". I'd recommend this book for the people who like sci-fi spooky books. One unanswered question is how did Amy's grandmother hear her leave the house?

I read this book it is pretty nice. It is very sad and made me want to cry. It brought out my emotions. Here is my summary of this story. Cleo is a regular girl who has moved from Ohio to California, has a new school, and it was just her birthday. Cleo's mother died when she was born. Madison, the bully in this story, is making fun of Cleo and her new friend Samantha ( Sam for short ). Sam is smart and ALWAYS has a comeback for Madison. One day Cleo comes home and there is a package waiting for her. She opens it and finds a voodoo doll and some instructions. In the very bottom there is a birthday card from her uncle, Arnie. It is called the Positive Happy Voodoo Doll. Cleo and Sam do a voodoo trick, and it works! Then they do a trick on Madison. It ends with Madison running out the door ( farting ) and everyone laughing with and NOT at Sam and Cleo. The next trick Madison ends up cursing during their science projects. I forgot to mention that Cleo's dad has a girlfriend, that Cleo despises, and Sam's mom is single. Sam wants to do a trick so that Cleo's dad breaks up with his girlfriend and gets closer to Sam's mom. This ends with the girlfriend getting in a car accident and me wanting to cry. They make many visits and Cleo tells Sam that she wants to stop tricking her dad's girlfriend. Sam gets angry and yells in the cafeteria. Madison is not a bully any more. Cleo becomes friends with Madison and tells her the WHOLE story. Madison is more curious than angry. Sam has the voodoo doll and they need to get it back. They make a story about having to go to Sam's house and trap Sam. They run to a graveyard that Sam visits many times and look for the doll. They find it, but Sam has gotten out of the trap! She is angry and chases after them. Sam leaves them alone after special circumstances and they destroy the doll. That way it can do no more evil. I look forward to reading the next book. This book has stories from Mickey Mouse Christmas movies and cartoons. My favorite one was Mickey and Minnie's Gift of the Magi. That one was really sweet! Kids who liked the movies will want this book.

I've read sneak peeks of this book in bookstores. Even though I'm a little old for the storybook collections, I thought some of the stories were very sweet. Rapunzel celebrates her first Christmas in the kingdom with Flynn. We also see the classic Mickey's Christmas Carol. Very nice book!

The main lesson that Obi-Wan learns was the more patient you are the more knowledgeable you will become. Obi-Wan learned this when he and his apprentice are dueling on Mustafar. For example, when Obi-Wan's apprentice did a hasty and impatient leap Obi-Wan cut of his legs. But if his apprentice was not hasty and impatient he might have not gotten his legs cut off. Also, his friend Luke reminded him of this lesson. Luke reminded Obi-Wan when Luke was fighting Darth Vader Luke was hasty and impatient like his father/ Obi-Wan's apprentice because Luke got his hand cut off. That is how Obi-Wan learned that lesson. I'd rate this book 9 out of 10. I would recommend this book to everybody because it is action packed and adventurous and has some humor too.

The main that the character should of learned is that check before you do something. In the tale "The Fall of the House of Usher" When the man saw Usher's sister fall on the ground, they both went to her and put her in the tomb without checking. Which that caused her rise from the dead and get revenge on them. so always remember to check before you do something. I would totally suggest this book because its all about horror tales and mysteries. If you want an amazing thriller that has more than 200+ pages, I would suggest that you the reader should choose this!

The main lesson to learn in this marvelous story is that true,"trust and understanding" can develop beetween two people the culture set aside. For example, in this tale, Hawkeye and Chingachkook are of completely differing cultures,the one named Hawkeye a colonial, and Chingachkook an Indian are so close they are like two peas in a pod! Additionally this book is in the intense setting of the french-indian war, resulting in an almost impossible friendship for people of origns that are warring and unthinkable for them to be tied by brotherhood which symbolizes their strong and growing stronger friendship. Although, these valorous men are met with ferocious challenges along their daring journey to deliver two crucial daughters to their critical colernel father, they refuse not to fall back from a challenge and will always come through for each other. Equally important, their life is more enriched with their friendship, for mohican Chingachkook lost his most dear son.But, Hawkeye never had a kin. Through the greiving time the pair can not be more thankful for each other. As a result, the touching tale, " The Last of the Mohicans" teaches the value of enduring friendship eve through most tough times. I'd rate this fantasticla book an"8 out of 10" and the stunning illustrations "7 out of 10". I would reccomend this story because it is inceredibly suspenseful and unbelivably realistic.The unansweed question id like to adk is"how did the mohican warriors all die out."

The most exciting space adventure any child could have. Its a fiction story book with space portals and future technology!

I wanna read it cause I'v almost finished the whole series!
