I just read this book, really bad ending. :(

It starts out very sad when he is a kid then it becomes a very action packed book when he goes to orisis academy it is a long book but worth it and the end just amazing

I thought this book was really cool. If you are looking for a good book with adventure I highly recommend this book.

Eleven year-old Shelby Jayne Allemond has been left. Her mother left their family when Shelby was ten. Her grandmother Phoebe is in the hospital, and her dad must leave on a business trip to Ukraine. That means that Shelby Jayne must go to Bayou Bridge, Louisiana to live with her mother, Mirage. She refuses to forgive Mirage. Mirage is a traiteur, or a healer who uses the power of God. Shelby starts finding strange notes in the beautiful blue bottle tree out back. Even stranger, there is a nice girl named Gwen who lives by her self on an island. Shelby can't shake the feeling that something super-natural is going on. This a story that pulled my heartstrings. It was written by the sister of someone in my church. My mom pointed it out at the bookstore, and it looked cool, so we got it. An AMAZING book!

i love to read like crazy! reading is best awesomest thing for me! i love it so bad! i always have to read more than a billion books a day! that is my goal that i achieved for 7 years! that is how much i love to read!!

Love is! Met the authors! One of the authors acted in doctor who. Best show ever. Got the book autographed. If you love superpowers, fantasy, and adventure, you will love this.

ok this book i read in 4th and now im in 7th but even though i read it 4 years ago i still love the book, i could read it over and over again. i dont think i would ever give it away its a good book if you ever see it in the store pick the book up and read the back.

Okay, this one is even better then the first. So Mrs. Barmy's gone, and Emmy's safe, right? Not right. That nasty nanny has a plan... And it is going to be hard to stop her. TO top it all off, Emmy wants to have friends in the human world, and it is hard to not let that interfere with her rodent friends. This is so good!
