Kids Books - Science Fiction

I read this book a couple months ago and it was amazing! I'm not sure what I was expecting before I started reading it, but it had my attention the entire time I was reading it. And the second I finished the book, I wanted more!

I recently read the book Leviathan and I loved it. The book was recommended to me by my teacher and I am really glad she did. The story is a two sided story about a prince who had to run away from home and a girl disguised as a boy in order to be a soldier. They both lost their parents and have no where to turn but end up together in the midst of battle. One of my most favorite parts was when one of the characters told the main character he really could inherit the throne and could have his life back and reading how the character really feels like actually going back out and finding a meaning in life again. A connection I had with the book was when I found out one of the soldiers was a girl but had to dress up like a guy, it reminded me of the movie Mulan. I recommend the book to people who like daring adventure with plot twists and unexpected trouble. Leviathan will keep you on your toes right up until the end.

1984: 1984 was published in 1949, and told a story about the not so distant future, 1984. There is a government called Big Brother, who has complete control over its people, and there are few who try to fight this system. Rebelling in any ways results in death, and even thinking for yourself is a death-sentence. The story follows Winston, who is a middle-aged man that tries to fight Big Brother, and is a man with many flaws and problems. The book follows Winston day-to-day life, and shows readers about the world he lives in, his dangers, his questionable thoughts and actions, and finally his downfall. I would definitely recommend both 1984 and Animal Farm to any reader.

I love this book. i love how it has so many stories that you want to read again and again. MY faviorte is Snora's tale beacause it is really funny and twisted. love love love love it. Iread must have read it 10000000 times it's sooooo good!!!!!!!!!!!:)

great story so far reallllly sad though three people died all ready might be five later
