Kids Books - Science Fiction

At my school library, I wanted to read fun books. My librarian said Half Magic was a good book. After I read the book, it was so good that I wanted to read all of Edward Eager's books.

I want to read it because I have it at my school. My teachers say I can't read it because they think it's for baby kids who can't read very well.

I wonder what this book is about but I guess I will find out when I read the book. I might have to wait till my book fair come to read it because it is not in my library. If you have read this book before than can you tell me a great summary in what this is about. In my opinion I think will be just my kind and level and I will be amazed and interested by how the book is set up and how great this book is. This book series is amazing! The author weaves a tale of a girl named Mare Barrow. Mare is a girl with red blood who gets captured by the silver court because of her unlikely ability to manipulate lightning! I recommend this book for anyone who loves fantasy and a bit of violence!
