Every wish she made turned out to go very wrong, but still very funny. But then, a tragedy hits her family surrounding her older sister, Abby. Charlie feels alone; she feels in last place. Through lots of struggles, Charlie learns life isn’t fair, but believing in it can make it better.

This was definitely the best book ever!! I would definitely recommend this book. It has all sorts of magic!😁! I can read this book in 5 hours. My parent's call me the "reading machine".

Hollywood, Dead Ahead is the fifth book in the 43 Old Cemetery Road series. It features a man named Ignatius B. Grumply, a ghost named Olive C. Spence, and a boy named Seymour Hope, all of whom are living together in Spence Mansion as each others' adopted family. The book starts with film producer Moe Block Busters, who wants to make a movie based on their book. But when the trio arrives in Hollywood, they find some serious problems with the script, the casting, and most of all the contract Ignatius signed. Soon Olive digs up some dirty secrets, involving the frightening plans of Moe and his team of directors. Those plans, however, will soon go astray, because Olive is exactly the right person (or ghost) to come up with some creative schemes of her own. I definitely thought this book was darker than the other four in the series, particularly because of the despicable plans of the movie producers. This wasn't necessarily a bad thing, especially for older readers, such as me. It's possible their frightening intentions have the capability of scaring younger readers, but for me it made the story the most fascinating and captivating of all. This book was really creative and unique, as is the rest of the series and other books by Kate and Sarah Klise. I very much enjoyed the way it was written in letters, newspapers, contracts, plane tickets, post cards, drawings, and other paper materials. The addition of a ghost who can only communicate through writing definitely helped with dialogue, which I can see being a very difficult thing to deal with in this style of writing. Overall, I loved the book's fast-paced and creative style. It was a quick read, a great book to blow through as soon as I get a few hours of alone time. I would recommend this series in general for 10-12 year olds, but even older readers like me can definitely get a kick out of them.

I finished this awesome novel last week and I loved this book! I would recommend this book to others because this book shows that you should believe in yourself and always be positive. Fortune Falls is a really awesome novel that all kids should read. The reason why other people should read this book is because it also shows a lot of emotional events that I think people should understand. Another reason why other people should read this book is because the moral of the story is to believe in yourself, and never let anybody stop you or anything. This novel was very awesome to read, and it was outstanding! Enjoy the book!

This book was also addicting... ( I love the cover!) In this book the flock goes to Antarctica to help some scientists. Iggy finds out that he can see when he is blinded by the white sunlight that is bouncing off of the ice and snow... Even though Maximum Ride is keeping a lookout for danger, they have no idea what the danger is.. until it catches them.

This was so good! I LOVE how they, although we have a different author than the last book, have the same personalities and traits, and also, I'd like to commend Carrie on the great job of Sera and Bill's romance - not too thick, not too cheesy, just enough for you to notice something is there that's more than a friendship. Also, just when you think the adventure is retiring - BAM! Another problem, and more of that much loved action from Dan, Sera, and Riq. You can stop at any part in the book, but you won't hesitate to open it again - In fact, you'll be rearing to reopen it again to the page that you left off - That's how good it is. It's hard to write a book so brimming with action, yet still has moments of serenity, grief, humor, and a tinge of romance - But Carrie Ryan really did it in this book.

I have been reading Daisy Dreamer and it is amazing it just blow my mind!!!

This was a great read for anyone who loves either magic ,the Grimmtastic Girls series, or Red Riding Hood .The twist and turns of her path have yet to be determined .Is Wolfgang the bad guy in this story? Or is EVIL up to something once more ?

Captain Hook is dead, killed by the malicious crocodile. His daughter, Jocelyn, is faced with the heavy burden of avenging her father. But first she must endure the hardships of Miss Eliza Crumb-Biddlecomb's Finishing School For Young Ladies, pirate battles, annoying flying boys, pirate-eating cannibals, and her own fear. I really liked this book, as Jocelyn is a well-written character, and, unlike SOME books I've read, she's not perfect. She has flaws, which makes her easy to relate to, and easy to sympathize with. The story-telling style of this book was...nice. The narrator didn't seem to like narrating the story. You could write a whole series chronicling Jocelyn's mishaps. I can't wait to see what trouble-I mean, adventures-Jocelyn gets herself into next. I suggest to anyone who likes a good 'ol pirate story with a twist.
