This book is very over the top. John Flanagan has done it again with the third book in the Royal Ranger series. It's thriller and suspense is top-notch and I loved it.

I read this book because I've read a LOT of books by E.D. Baker, and I have never once been disappointed. It was very enthralling, and I had a hard time putting it down. A good story about a fairy who wants to do something to help other fairies, besides collecting human children's teeth.

I had to read this book for school, and it started out a little boring, so I thought I wasn't going to like it very much. It still is not one of my favorite books, but the plot is really nice. Matt, the main character, lives on the airship where he works, which is called the Aurora. Matt feels most comfortable when he is in the air, and he never wants to leave, but we all know that there has to be something that goes wrong! He has a dream of flying the Aurora one day, but when Kate comes into the picture she becomes a distraction to Matt and his responsibilities. She shows him a diary that connects to an event in Matt's past that has been haunting his dreams for 2 years. Many obstacles come in the way of Matt's dream, as well as Kate's dream that conflicts strongly with Matt's. Through pirates, storms, snakes, cloud cats, airships, bones, hydrium, mangoes, and first kisses, Matt and Kate are there for each other through the newest discovery of their time. This book turned out to be very exciting if you can get through the first couple chapters. The author writes very descriptively and paints wonderful pictures in your mind, and I would recommend this to middle school readers who like realistic fiction with a little twist of fantasy. Kenneth Oppel was also very clever when he picked the title for his book, can you find what the double meaning is?

No.1 top exciting books in my mind record. Very nice and fun. Also has great morals for me to learn. The books contains secrets that I never knew from reading the Harry Potter series. :)

Who would win books are awsome their the only nonfiction books I will ever read

The book is about a boy in the 21st century Corey Fletcher who is known for having a oversized imagination. But on Halloween night before Corey was going to a Halloween party with his friend Leila when Corey was staring at a image of people on Halloween Night 1862 Corey noticed a few changes. Starting with the park, the park was fading into consturuction along two men came into view entering from swirling clouds of fog, soon Corey noticed the change in the bathroom flooring it orginally was tiled but then it changed to wood soon Corey began to realize that he wasn't in his own time. He saw Papou (grandfather in greek) with the other men and yelled trying to get his attention before Corey left what used to be Leila's apartment. Throwback is filled with action, suspense, and puzzles. If you like time travel, action packed, suspense, and puzzles, then Throwback is the story for you!

I thought the first one was interesting and I really want to read more of this author's books. I finished it but it wasn't as good a s the first one it was just kinda the same thing but in three different books mixed with the book of doom and desire missing.
