When The Butterflies Came is a great book for ages 8-12. (Kids under 8 may not understand the concept, and the book may be a little too intense.) Filled with mystery and excitement you should like this book.

After breaking into their weird neighbor's house, the next day they are in for a surprise. They are invited to their neighbors house. It turns out, their neighbor is a scientist named Dr. Hank Witherspoon. The siblings become Hank's assistants. Ava, making robots, Matt solving equations, and Jack... answering emails. When Jack, Ava, and Matt are invited to Antartica, they go. Soon they find that one of the scientists has gone missing. if you like scary stories this is a book for you. This book is about how a dummy comes and tries to ruin the world but fails when they put him in the book.
