I just finished a book called "Bad Luck" by Pseudonymous Bosch. The genre is fantasy because there are fantasy creatures in the book. I rated it " just right" on a scale of 1 to 5 of easy, going up to challenging. I think I would recommend this book for grades 4 to 6. I really liked this book, but it is the third in a series, so you should start with the first two which are really good too.

This book... This book is such a beloved classic for such good reason. It was so full of imagery and brilliant plot that I was sad to reach the end. One thing I will say though, is that Avonlea seems just a little too perfect. Aside from the one disaster and some minor scrapes, everything happens so that life flows idylly. Other than that, the book was written splendidly with lots of care. Even though this book is suitable for readers of all ages, there are many profound quotes and little gems that may not be picked up by a younger crowd. It just refreshes and makes me happy every time I read an "Anne of" book because they're so wholesome and gracefully written. The author, L.M. Montgomery is a literary genius. I can't wait to follow Anne along on her journey.

A whimsical, strange, and absurd book this is, about a child with floating abilities. Barnaby was born on a Friday at 12 a.m. and has floated for many years. His parents are in quite a situation: they try sending him to The Graveling Academy for Unwanted Children but it burns down in a massive fire that nearly kills him. They send him to the neighborhood school; strangely, he gets in the newspapers for first being the 10 millionth person to climb the Sydney Harbor Bridge, and subsequently for his quaint floating condition. The two parents agree to get rid of Barnaby, and it is his mother who finally cuts off his sandbags, which normally prevent him from floating, and leaves him to float to his doom. Now the story starts getting interesting: Barnaby is picked up by two women who own a coffee farm in Brazil. The rest of the book is spent detailing Barnaby's attempts to get back home to Sydney. Somehow, things keep happening, thus ruining his chances of getting on the flight to Sydney. This book is so weird that it was funny: the fact that the principal would allow a teacher to take their students to climb a bridge is unbelievable. Additionally, the author's humor was fun to read. However, the book was repetitive, stressing the same simple theme again and again, which, of course, is "be yourself". Many things don't scientifically make sense: for example, it is stated somewhere that Barnaby floated up to a spacecraft–this does not make sense because he would have died before that. Also, it is just frustrating how in that same exact chapter the astronauts keep saying "We are in middle space". There is no such thing as middle space and it means that the author does not know a lot about astronomy. But all in all, THE TERRIBLE THING THAT HAPPENED TO BARNABY BROCKET was one of the better books I've read.

The book "Among the Enemy" is an enthralling novel that always kept me at the edge of my seat. The main character is an illegal child. Yet he sacrifices himself to save his best friends and people like him. He is met with challenges and overcomes them with the help of friends of all ages. I highly recommend this realistic fiction story and I hope you will too.

They still go back to the tree house and this time they decide to go to a sunny beach 🌴 because it's a cold and rainy day they go there and they r in the water and all the sudden they see a boat coming towards them and there is a flag on it and it is a skull with x's and they r scared becuz we they just realized they didn't just co.e to a sunny beach they came to pirate times!the boat comes up to shore with 3 people on it the captain and his buddies they say"give me all your gold"!they said that they didn't have any but then the pirates look in the clubhouse and all they see is books but then they find the gold medallion and they try to take it then they say give us the rest !but they say we don't have anymore .but the pirates just stood there then the kids relised that the captain had a map and they said "what's that map for"and the captain says that it's for a treasure" but the captain doesn't know how to read to they just read it for him but they said they read it to him they have to let them go and they say yeah .now you have to go read th ebook to find out the rest!I rate this 4/5 stars!I recommend this to 8to 12 year olds 😃 😄 😁 😘

This is a book full of mystery. Edmond Dantes was about to have the best day of his life, when jealousy of other stole that from him. He has been put in jail, and escapes. He will now seek avengence from God's hand and bring justice to those who have caused him to suffer.

The author of the book Michael Vey the Prisoner of Cell 25 by Richard Paul Evans is a science fiction book. The book (in my opinion) was a 10/10 would read again kind of book. It was just the right thing for me, it had plenty of action and it had lots of suspense. This is just the kind of book you would get if you wanted action and suspense. The first character introduced is Michael Vey, a bullied daily, short kid. He also only has one friend, Ostin, a chubby little Einstein. But their life changes when they meet Taylor, a popular cheerleader. You're probably wondering, “how did everything change for them??” Well, Michael has an electricity power, as seen on the cover of the book. (And told at the beginning too.) when Michael meets Taylor, it's when he was being bullied and getting dog piled. When he had enough of it, he shocked the three of the bullies. But what he didn't know, was that Taylor saw it all. Then, Taylor runs back inside the school, and the chapter ends there. Later on, when Michael and Taylor are friends, he find out that Taylor can “reboot” people. (Reboot as in, restarting your computer.) then, when Taylor tries to look up her birth documents, (because they were lost and she was adopted.) the Elgen academy finds her. Michael and Ostin don't know this at first but when they do find out, they get even more worried because Michael's mom was kidnapped on his birthday party by Elgen academy, and now, Taylor was gone. If you’re still not interested, this book is just as good as the Percy Jackson series! It would be a perfect match for anyone that likes that series! In conclusion, the book, Michael Vey, The Prisoner of Cell 25 is a great book for people that like action and lots of suspense.

I think this book is perfect for anyone who loves animal super heroes and I love it

Just finished this book today, and I have to say, it was pretty good. It has a few curse words, and a detailed description of a murdered woman, so I would not recommend for younger readers. But I will be anticipating the next book!

This was an AMAZING book! If you like non stop action, neverending suspense, and even a little a bit of drama, then you would LOVE THIS BOOK! *minor spoilers ahead, read at your own risk!* This story takes place in the future, Los Angeles, where your future mainly depends on how you do in your trial, a test you take when you reach 10 years old. so far in this story, the book has two main characters, Day and June, Where Day has escaped his death after failing his trial and became a criminal to save his family, and then we have June, A real-life prodigy after being the only person to earn a perfect score on her trial. These two were never really destined to meet each other until one day, Day got away with a robbery by killing Junes brother, Metias. Now that Metias is dead, June is now destined to kill Metias's killer, Day. So now it's a challenging game of tag or hides and seeks, Day now needs to get enough money to save his brother, Eden, against the plague cure, and we have June, who joined the Republic to help her find Day and kill him, But what they don't realize is that there's a real dark secret about the Republic and the plagues, And now after June figures out from Metias, who sent her a secret message before he died, Now it becomes a race against time; June is now trying to rescue Day from the Republic without giving away that shes trying to help day, and figures out the truth about what happened to Day during his trial. In a book about Action, suspense, and drama, this is one of the greatest books I've read yet and now I'm excited to read the sequel to this book, Prodigy.
