Against all odds, Katniss Everdeen has won the annual Hunger Games with fellow district tribute Peeta Mellark. But it was a victory won by defiance of the Capitol and their harsh rules. Katniss and Peeta should be happy. After all, they have just won for themselves and their families a life of safety and plenty. But there are rumors of rebellion among the subjects, and Katniss and Peeta, to their horror, are the faces of that rebellion. The Capitol is angry. The Capitol wants revenge.

This by far is my most favorite book EVER! This was , in my opinion, my the best one out of the series. I would DEFINITLY reccomend this book to any readers who are looking for an action filled book you won't want to put down.

This is harder to put down than the first one, but you have to read the first one first or you won't under stand it.

I love this book. I would suggest you read The Hunger Games first then Catching Fire.

The hunger games is a fun, exciting book. The hunger games is actually a game that is played by tributes. Two tributes are picked from each district and there are twelve districts. In this case Katniss is going to the Hunger games..........

This is a great book.

I really liked the sequel to the first Hunger Games book. It was a page turner filled with great description, except for the beginning, which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I still love it, and recommend it to all fans of book 1.

Catching Fire is my favorite book in the series. It gets more exiting in that book. You have them going back to the games, getting engaged...so, the series gets more interesting in that book!

This is my favorite book in the series. Has the perfect amount of action and not a lot of cheesy love stuff. Can't wait for the movie!
