I've read the first book and seen the movie, but I haven't read this book. My sister got it for her birthday which was 8 days ago, and she's only halfway through it, I'm reading The Hobbit right now.

i really want to read this
This book makes u cry so much! especially when the 86 year old Mag gets picked for the victors pool and dies for helping Peta in the arena. She rolls in the poisonus fog! Its so emotional.
This is one of the best books i have ever read,but unless u don't want to die of waiting,then buy the third book also,then u read the second :) me and my one friend love this, i hope the second movie is better then the first one (Sorry Gary Ross) i love this book,it has to be my Favorite. :) please read this :) thanks :) this leads upt ot so much more ;)

This book is sick! Katniss has to go back into the ring during the Quarter Quell and once again has to fight to the death against enimies and friends. This arena has an intricate plan set up and has you wondering does death ever pause?
