Against all odds, Katniss Everdeen has won the annual Hunger Games with fellow district tribute Peeta Mellark. But it was a victory won by defiance of the Capitol and their harsh rules. Katniss and Peeta should be happy. After all, they have just won for themselves and their families a life of safety and plenty. But there are rumors of rebellion among the subjects, and Katniss and Peeta, to their horror, are the faces of that rebellion. The Capitol is angry. The Capitol wants revenge.

I loved it :)

Catching Fire By Suzanne Collins is a really good book! Although it is very sad. But not as sad as the third book Mockingjay.

read it great book!

I don't like this as much as the first one. It seems a filler to me, and the first and the last one are so amazing. I guess that the whole "oh look! I'm in the Hunger Games again! Oh, and I'm with Peeta" kind of bored me. Still a great book. But a let down. Don't miss it, however!

i love this book it is my fravoret book of all i have wached the move and i have red the book 3 times

whereas katniss kills with finesse, collins writes with raw power. Collins has done that rare thing. She has written a sequel that improves upon the first book.
