The Hunger Games is a very violent book. I think it is inapropriate for children under 9 years of age bit still good

Very entertaining, exciting, and an excellent book. For advanced readers: You can read this book at the age of around 9, 10,11. This is one of the best books I have ever read! I will be sure to read the whole series!!!
