Great book! I freaking LOVED it!! Best out of the ENTIRE series! It had lovely action full of blood and imagination, and romance in the most UNcommon way and it was just AWESOME!!! Though one of my friends didn't really like it.......
this is one of the best books ever! Its a girl who lives in a corrupt government, who battles kids her age, fights for her life, and has to choose the love of her life. The movie is good, but if you want the whole experience, READ the book. its amazing, you wont regret it.

The Hunger Games is an exciting book full of adventure & interesting concepts. It is a very emotionally strong book for younger children but I'm ten years old and i enjoyed it quite frankly. Great book but can get scary at times. Overall, I love it!

I love this book!!!!!!!!!! I read the whole series. This book is the beginning of the wonderful trilogy by Suzanne Collins. In this book Katniss a sixteen-year-old girl is picked to go into the Hunger Games.In the Hunger Games there are 12 tributes that are put in an arena to fight to the death. Katniss's fellow tribute Peeta, is madly in love with her. So to stay alive she has to pretend to be in love with him too. At the end of the games only Katniss and Peeta are left. Katniss says that they should kill themselves at the same time so the capitol wouldn't have a victor. Right before they can kill themselves they are announced the victors.
This series... this amazing series... is just so amazing. The part that touches me the most is when finnick dies, and then annie names her son finnick. WHY FINNICK, WHY!
