I cant wait till the book comes out, because I've been waiting for it since fall.I read the other books in this series and the Percy Jackson series, and they are great.

I don't know why it is taking so long
So long to be released, you mean? The publishing process is loooong. The book has to be written, edited, and then you've got to have the cover design. Plus there has to a specific date for it to be released.
They don't do this with other books!
Yeah, they do. They've done it with the previous books. It takes less time with stand-alones because, usually, no one actually knows they exist while they're being written.
