Lois Lowry is a great writer and although this book is not as good as Number the stars or the Giver I still really enjoyed reading it.

This book is sad (in a way), so I wouldn't recommend it if you don't like that sort of thing. All the same, this is a GREAT BOOK. And VERY interesting. If you liked it, read the others in the series.
A good book, this is a book that gives an ending to the giver. I would recommend reading the other books in the series before you read this one.
Gabe is a boy who has never known his real mother. Claire is his mother, and after becoming a local of a small village, she longs to find her son. Is it a possible wish? considering that the communities she lives and where her son lives are seprated by a giant chasam? Find out in Lois lowrey's masterpiece- and final book of the Giver Quartet - Son.

Love, obligation, sacrifice, and loss. This book was AWESOME! I really like it. It was also a really good idea to separate it into parts: Before, Between, and Beyond. I've recommended this to a couple of my friends. This book was really good!
Is this a series?
Read The Giver first, then Son! Amazing!
