I really like this book a lot but I honestly can not say I love it. That is because it is so sad how many people died! But it is not the books fault that they died.
I love how the author writes books about the extraordinary events in history! George, his sister Phoebe, and his Aunt set sail on an amazing ship, the Titanic. But, The ship as you all know hits the iceberg and it starts to sink! George tries his best to save his loved ones and his friends. George is truly a thoughtful guy risking his own life to save other people. The other people that haven't read this book should read it .

I enjoyed this book. I think I Survived books are like Magic Tree house books because they teach our about the past. This is a great book if you are looking for a nonfiction book.
I liked it because it stuck to the facts but focused on one person's experience. It still kept the facts real. When the Titanic started sinking, he had gone down to a lower level because one of the rich people had an Egyptian mummified princess and he went down to take a peek at it. He lost his sister because he had been causing trouble and running around awhile and she would tag along on the trouble. When the ship started sinking his sister wasn't in the room. He suggested she leave lemon drops like bread crumbs and he followed them to lower class people who were trying to get out to upper levels. He convinced the security guy to let them in and then he let them out.
