For twelve long years, the dread fortress of Azkaban held an infamous prisoner named Sirius Black. Convicted of killing thirteen people with a single curse, he was said to be the heir apparent to the Dark Lord, Voldemort.
Now he has escaped, leaving only two clues as to where he might be headed: Harry Potter's defeat of You-Know-Who was Black's downfall as well. And the Azkaban guards heard Black muttering in his sleep, "He's at Hogwarts . . . he's at Hogwarts."
Harry Potter isn't safe, not even within the walls of his magical school, surrounded by his friends. Because on top of it all, there may well be a traitor in their midst.

THIS IS MY FAVORITE ONE because it has my favorite characters my favorite one is serius black.
This book was amazing just like the rest of the series, new spells, teachers, plot twist, but don't get bored by the intro. You'll dive into Harry's world and most likely get addicted like I did. Don't give up on reading it if you get bored, because with all JK Rowling books it gets better.
with the uprising popularity, you should check it out! This is book three of seven!

The third book J.K. Rowling has so wonderfully written in the HP series, though this one features Harry's godfather, Sirius Black. A must have for any collection!
It is the most interesting, awesomely detailed fantasy book ever. It shows Harry and his friends as they try to escape the prisoner of Azkaban
