Wow. That's all I can say. This book is about Beatrice Prior, an girl who was first in the faction Abnegation, the selfless. Since she was little, she knew she didn't fit in. She didn't fit in ANY faction. It was too easy for her to lie, so she wasn't Candor, she wasn't always so selfless, so she couldn't be Abnegation, and on. She was Divergent. Divergent is an mix between all of the factions. On choosing day, she chooses Dauntless, the brave, and immediately makes friends and rivals. She makes friends with Al, Will, and Christina. When the Euderite actually had a plan a along to control the Dauntless and attack the Abnegation with them, Beatrice (who changed her name to Tris) has to find a way to save them with a few people.

I thought this book was a good book I liked how she described the scenes
I thought this book was okay... it definitely had a ton of action but the characters didn't do it for me and I didn't think it was that exciting in between the action.
I absolutely LOVE this book and the whole series! I wish there were more than just three. Im so glad they made a movie out of it! I went to see it when it came out and they left a couple of important parts out but it was still really good. Cant wait to see if they're going to make movies out of Insurgent and Allegiant!

She said, "Tris. Tris Prior. I'm from Abnegat-" She started. BOUNCE! A tall boy with hazel- green eyes smirked at Tris and the boy- sneering, "You mean your a STIFF?" That's Peter. "I'm Four- your leader for you trainees- and I'm Four because I have four fears- and ONLY Four fears."

This is an AWESOME book. Just like the Hunger Games, the experience, and every bit and every page of the book had me hooked on to it. If you like to read dystopian or science fiction books, you must give this book a try. Yeah, so if you liked the Hunger Games, you'll LOVE Divergent!!!
