Alexis's life is spiraling out of her control. First, she goes to the beach with her fellow Cupcakers but gets badly sunburned because she didn't want to apply sunscreen, afraid it would make her seem dorky. Then, after days of discomfort and pain, she also has to find something to wear for the barbeque and try to impress her crush Matt at the same time. Failed tests and demeaning fashion choices are sending the usually organized Alexis over the edge!

Highly recommend this book. You should buy book #1 and continue reading it in a sequence. That way you'll understand what's going on much much better than you would if you were to buy a random book from the series. Love this book so much. Hoping that one cover of the book will be of Matt and Alexis, as I'm really curious to see what he would look like.
