Crookedstar is so unlucky. But I belive Mapleshade only is mean because she was blinded by greif. Spoiler Alert! Her kits die. I love Warriors!!!!!!

mapleshade is epic when you read The Last Hope. she is offended by Spottedleaf when she wouldnt let her kill Sandstorm
first of all, i recommend reading the first five books to the main series, then you read the super editions. second, thus book is amazing, full of passion, love,and tragedy

This book was awesome. Here is a summary of this book. Two healthy kits have just been born in RiverClan the kits names are stormkit and oakkit. When stormkit falls and breaks his jaw his mother renames him crookedkit because of his jaw
Crookedkit was so taken advantage of. No amount of suffering can make a cat so cruel that she still seeks revenge on the Clans after her death. Tigerstar was just born that way, and it was always lurking in the heart of Mapleshade. To take advantage of a disfigured kit... the evil was always there. I still like Mapleshade's name, though. It's so memorable!
