Four children have been chosen to compete in a national competition to find the tastiest confection in the country. Who will invent a candy more delicious than the Oozing Crunchorama or the Neon Lightning Chew?

Logan, the Candymaker's son, who can detect the color of chocolate by touch alone?

Miles, the boy who is allergic to merry-go-rounds and the color pink?

Daisy, the cheerful girl who can lift a fifty-pound lump of taffy like it's a feather?

Or Philip, the suit-and-tie wearing boy who's always scribbling in a secret notebook?

This sweet, charming, and cleverly crafted story, told from each contestant's perspective, is filled with mystery, friendship, and juicy revelations.

Open up this book and jump into the world of candy, where nothing is what it seems. Meet Logan, the Candymaker's son. Although he seems nice, he has some deep secrets under neath. And then there is Phillip, who seems mean, but is definitely hiding something. Could he somehow be connected with Logan and the candy factory? Daisy is another contestant in the candy contest, but she too is hiding a very big secret, and is connected to Miles, with some strange allergies and a certain GIRL that he is determined to win the candy contest for. Only she's gone. Or is she? Read the book to find out.

I really liked reading this book and will always remember it because it is my favorite book by Wendy Mass. It was interesting to read about how different types of candy is created, but just the relationship between the competitors was interesting.

The Candymakers is a really good book. There is a candy making contest and I'll give you a little hint: someone is not that nice.

This book was great.I really enjoyed it because there was a twist at the end. I also loved 💗💗💗💗💗 the descriptions

First of all, this book is way too long. I love candy and I want to a candymaker when I grow up. I would rate this book 1 star.

Logan Sweet is the son of a Candymaker. Sugar practically flows in his veins. Logan knows EVERYTHING about candy He can tell exactly what is in a candy bar just by tasting it. Charles seems stuck up. He always gets what he wants. But he has a secret obsession; the violin! Miles seems very disturbed. Mostly, he acts like nothing's wrong, but he says he is allergic to merrygorounds, pancakes, and he is scared of bees. Daisy SEEMS like a normal girl, but she has a secret too. There is a Candymaking competition and the story between Logan, Charles, Miles, and Daisy is a good one. When the four get excepted into the candy competition, they all go to Logan's father's candy factory to work on making their candy. There, they all learn more about each other, and themselves.

I enjoyed this book! All about Miles, Daisy, Logan and Philip, it is about the contest to see who is able to make the best candy ever...

This book was one of Wendy Mass' s best books! It was about four kids in a chocolate making contest. They must create a chocolate with their imagination and that will truly give taste and flavor. Read this amazing book to find out who wins
