This book is really funny! And it also has a VERY good story to it! it's about Sophie, an English orphan who is captured by the B.F.G.(big friendly giant). The giant takes her to a land that's not on any map. And he says every giant(except him) eats people. The people they eat taste different depending on nationality. For example: Turks taste like turkey, greeks taste greasy, etc. But some humans are more filling than others. Because they are very small Japanese humans take 5 or 6 before a giant fills up. But 2 or 3 Americans wil just about do it. Read this book to see how Sophie gets out! A hilarious must read for all ages
