Andy and Terry live in a treehouse. But it's not just any old treehouse, it's the most amazing treehouse in the world!
This treehouse has thirteen stories, a bowling alley, a see-through swimming pool, a secret underground laboratory, and a marshmallow machine that follows you around and automatically shoots marshmallows into your mouth whenever you are hungry.
Life would be perfect for Andy and Terry if it wasn't for the fact that they have to write their next book, which is almost impossible because there are just so many distractions, including thirteen flying cats, giant bananas, mermaids, a sea monsters pretending to be mermaids, enormous gorillas, and dangerous burp gas-bubblegum bubbles!

Very funny, #1 of all the books I have read for the summer reading log. I like how they have all of these different rooms that have cool things in them.
This book is sort of simple nonsense with a partial plot. It is an easy read and very creative and imaginative, but there isn't much of a story line. It's about Andy and Terry, two kids who live in a 13 story treehouse. There are pools, labs, marshmallow machines, bowling alleys, and more. Andy is the focused author and Terry is the playful artist. They have an animal-loving friend named Jill and a boss expecting their latest book named Mr. Big Nose. They rush to finish the book before they're fired, but they keep getting distracted. This book is OK, but I feel it is better for younger kids.
I loved this book soooooooo much I just want to read it over and over
I was so surprised when I read this book.It was amazing!Terry and Andy amazing to.They invented things like a catnary, a marshmallow shooter, a sea monster,a sea monkeys,a bubble gum machine a popcorn machine and of course a 13 story treehouse.
I did not like this book at all. I am not a fan of the format but if you like books with drawings then you might like this one too.
its great
i want this for my b-day which is 2/4/2004
Seeing the cover, I assume that this book will be funny and maybe have a few experiences and characters in there that are unique and thought provoking. A highly anticipated book!
