Raina Telgemeier's #1 New York Times bestselling, Eisner Award-winning graphic memoir based on her childhood!

Raina just wants to be a normal sixth grader. But one night after Girl Scouts she trips and falls, severely injuring her two front teeth. What follows is a long and frustrating journey with on-again, off-again braces, surgery, embarrassing headgear, and even a retainer with fake teeth attached. And on top of all that, there's still more to deal with: a major earthquake, boy confusion, and friends who turn out to be not so friendly.

I think that this is a really incredible book, a lovely, kind of quirky story which the author went through. If you are going through some sort of dental issues (braces, tooth removal) this really helps you calm down and realise that it could be a LOT worse.

this is a book that every one would like

This is probably my favorite book because of Raina(*THIS CONTAINS HUGE SPOILERS SORRY😢😭*. It all started after a girl scouts meeting and on the way home. Raina was in a race to home and somehow, someway she got tripped and fell down to the concrete road(THAT MEANS YEAH THAT YOU KNOW WHAT THAT IS PAINFUL), this casing her to get braces and other treatment for her teeth. As it continues you know, heartbreak friendship and embarrassing moments of where Raina is SUPER MAD(SHE'S IN BEASTMODE), and yeah.
