Matlida Wormwood, just young five years old girl with vast knowledge about everything. She is also a very smart-mouthed which meaning she is sassy and smart at the same time when speaking. Matlida also taught herself how to read, and then ended up reading countless of books. Sadly, her parents were against the reading the books. They also treated her little bit unfairly than Matlida's older brother, Michael, nicknamed Mike. Not a lot of things has changed since Matlida had started going to school, learned that the school where she going to had a headmaster which was not very friendly, and this is where we will meet her, Mrs. Trunchbull. We also met Matlida's class, and her best friend, Lavender, and her teacher, Mrs. Honey. This book is amazing! Matilda, who lives in a mean family, got powers to scare her eerie headmistress. I recommend it to beginner readers.
Matilda is amazing! I have a lot of memories with Matilda, because I was in the play! I think Matilda is very inspiring because it shows you don't need to be big to be brave. Matilda shows this by standing up to her awful parents and the evil headmistress. Her teacher, Miss Honey, is a wonderful person and the only person who truly understand Matilda's incredible smarts. This story is amazing, I highly recommend it for younger readers.
This book is a great classic and I recommend Matilda for beginner readers.

This is a good book for second grade and up. That is all I can say for now because I am exhausted and it is early morning!!
