This book was pretty great. Being the first book in a series, it did a really good job hooking you in. It made me want to read the other books in the series, so overall I think that it was nice.

I used to love these books when I was in 2nd grade. This book is in our century, meaning that cell phones and computers are in it. Anyways, the 4 main characters get swept up in a mystery. I really like how when they didn't find any useful information on their phones, they went to the library to dig deeper.
This book was more modern than the others. I like both kinds, so I guess it's your choice to pick which one you like more. In this book, a secret society recruits the four kids to try to return some rare artifacts to their correct places.
I didn't really like this book because it left you with a cliff hanger and I am not very interested in reading more of this series. I did like that it was an adventure. I would recommend this book to people who like to read a whole series.

I love this book cause it's very cool and funny. A funny part was when they saw that this guy had A big nose but it was fake! . I also love that they are going on a run away train. I hope you love this book too!
Journey on a Runaway Train is a great and fun similar series to boxcar mystery and I enjoy reading those so I enjoy reading this to.
Box car children is a series that is very interesting to me. And whenever i am reading this series or book i always have a fun virtual time reading it.
Box car children has always sparked my imagination and my abillites. I always wished i was in the story! The series is always filled with adventures!
