This book is truly amazing! This book talks about two friends who met as pen pals. One of the pen pals lives in a poor country of Zimbabwe and the other lives in America. You'll like this book! I guarantee it!
I was a truly inspiring memoir written by two people who became best friends because of the letters they mailed to each other as a part of the pen pal letters program. Featuring an American girl and a boy from Zimbabwe, I recommend this book to everyone.
This book look like it is real similar to my life. My wonders always make me shock as I get through the story and l know what it is about.

This book is about an American girl (Caitlin) and a Zimbabwe boy ( Martin). For a school assignment, they become pen pals. Everyone in Catlin's class wrote to an unknown student in a distant place. Martin was really lucky to receive a letter from Caitlin. Their were 10 letters and 50 kids in Martin's class. Since Martin was the top student, he got the first one. Caitlin and Martin wrote to each other for 6 years and changed both of their lives. They become best friends and better people. Martin can't afford their school fees and Caitlin sends him money. i love this book. it is about a normal teenage girl named caitlen and she gets a pen pall in zimbabwe africa. his name is martin and he is very poor and cannot afford his school fees so he gets kicked out. caitlin has been sending him money in every letter so he can exchange it for zim dollars. it is up to caitlin and her family to save him and his family.
this so far is the best book ever. it is about a normal pre teen and a poor teen in zimbabwe and caitlin ( the pre teen ) sends him american money to exange for about $500. i cant wait to finish it.
