Praise for Art2-D2's Guide to Folding and Doodling
"Once again, Angleberger’s humor, which presents itself in the text through characters from the series, in both human and origami form, connects with middle-grade readers. 'Art2' and the other 'Origami Yoda' books are the ultimate example of the by-a-fan/for-the-fans format, which succeeds if executed properly. This did he.”
Florida Times-Union

"
Excellent activity-book offshoot of Angleberger’s bestselling Origami Yoda series… The banter and tongue-and-cheek humor of the previous books is present, along with encouragement."
Publishers Weekly

"The presentation’s offbeat attitude, ingenuity, and wit, many libraries will want to stock this high interest book..."
Booklist

"Fans (and nonfans, if there are any) of the “Origami Yoda” series (Abrams) and website will find new opportunities aplenty for foolery in this spinoff compendium of progressively challenging hands-on instructions for drawing, folding, and goofing around with (mostly) Star Wars characters."

WOW! I am a super folder and I have never used the talk zone before!Anyway,I think you should make "the arrival of Foldin' 2187" like FN 2187! Either that or kylogami ren, like on the website! (P.S: I tried to make "Rey" into a pun, but I couldn't think of one.)

Hey welcome to the Talkzone! I'm so glad we could get it back for some of you new SFs!! Foldin 2187! NICE!

I loved this guide. I made a bunch of character folds, and turned it into a game! So whenever I'm bored, I go up to my room and play/fold, and basically do that for hours. Also, I used the basic puppet fold, and used that to make an origami Kylo Ren. My fold includes a removable helmet, removable cloak, and I can turn the basic light-saber into one with a cross-guard. I can't wait to be a real superfolder. I'm so exited!!!

Cool! I'm not sure we've seen a Kylo Ren with Removable helmet yet! I hope you post it! Sounds like you are definitely a REAL SuperFolder!

Hi Tom, This is awesome! I can't believe you are on DOGO! I am a huge fan of your books.

Hi Tom!! My origami stuff has been taking a really long time to post. I'm MaceWinduRocks29? Did you get my stuff? P.S. I LOVE your books!!!

I'd like to start off by asking you: what character(s) from the new movie would make good cover stars IF the series continued? (Of course, it helps if their names work into a crafty pun, like BB-Plate!)

C-Rey-On, BBeet-8, and Pinn

Kireygami, BB-Paint, Captain Foldma

The First Folder, Finn Fold, Kylo Pen sound like good names!

Only thing I could think of. Lol

Poe Damerpen

I think a new one should be... The Fold (The Flash but a crafty pun) ^_^ also LOVE YER BUUKS TOM YAARGHHHHH I BE A PIRATE ME LOVE MEH BOOTEE!!!!! ;D YO HO HO

how about "Foldin' 2187"? I couldn't come up with one for "Rey".

Yeah, Rey is a tough one to think of a name for.

Hello, SuperFolders! I'm Tom A., the author of this book and the rest of the Origami Yoda series! For the last year, it's been hard to ask me questions or communicate with me online. But, thanks to DOGO I think we can restart the conversation! If you have any questions about my books or plans or origami or just about anything else, just ask! -Tom
