I liked the book, but some chapters were boring
I recommend that you read cages because it goes back and forth. As soon i as started reading cages it got hooked in so i just wanted to keep reading but this book can get very sad when lady die and Dorthy is in the hospital and Wayne gets in a car wreck for drunk driving. This book was wonderful and sad but you should really read cages if you like books that start out with a bunch of problems and ends with a happy ending.
I liked this book because the title had different meanings. But then some parts were boring, but I mostly liked it
I thought the book was good. I enjoyed that each page left suspense and left me wanting to read more. I liked that it had a preview at the first part of the story. It took a piece of the story and tried to hook the reader into reading the book. I didn't like that in the chapters kit kept saying in her head should i tell Stacy what i did or not. That wasn't a good part for me. That's my review.
I liked the suspense in this book but I couldn't believe lady died before they could adopt her. I wasn't fair for her to get euthanize. I would recommend this book to growing readers that are around 6th grade.
I would recommend this book to 7th and 8th graders who have things that they have to worry about. People should never think the worst for any thing.
I thought that that Cages was a really good book. The part I didn't like was that Lady died. At the end they should of taken her home. The part I liked was when Kit stuck up for herself at the end when Wayne was drunk and being mean. She went and stayed at Tracy's house and that's what I would of done.
I did and didn't like this book because some parts are really boring other wise I liked it.
I recommend this book to people who aren't never happy or just think there the miserable kid on earth.
